Kevin Hooper on Anthony: We are excited to have ‘Cap’ coming back for the 2013 season.  I think 2012 had mixed reviews, and he will be the first to tell you that he didn’t pitch to his potential.  I believe he has worked hard this offseason to put himself in a situation where he can come in and be a big contributor for us.  He has great stuff, and if he can stay confident and pitch to his strengths, the sky is the limit for him.
